By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-1707-MF-000057 wherein RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing Corporation was Plaintiff, and Rayf Gerber; were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 23rd day of January, 2018, at the hour of 10:00 am or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 W. Main St., Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Part of Outlot Number One (1) in Felkner's Second Addition to the Incorporate Town of Milford Junction, Indiana, as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 132 in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at an iron pipe that is on the North line of said Outlot Number One (1) that is 66 feet East of the Northwest corner of said Outlot Number One (1) and thence East 65 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 181.5 feet to an iron pipe; thence West 65 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 181.5 feet to the point of beginning.
