By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana in Cause No. 43C01-1804-MF-000050 wherein Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB d/b/a Christiana Trust, Not in its individual capacity but solely as the trustee for the brougham fund I trust was Plaintiff and Robert Dale Lamirand, et al. were defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 23RD day of JULY, 2019, at the hour of 10 AM, or as soon thereafter as possible, at Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department , 221 W. Main Street , Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana:
