Kimes AKA Trudy Kimes and their unknown creditors; and, the unknown executor, administrator, or personal representative of the Estate of Trudy L. Kimes AKA Trudy Kimes, Lakeland Regional Sewer District, State of Indiana, Department of Revenue, Collection Division, Deca Financial Services, LLC, Unknown Occupants and Leanna Brand, as Possible Heir to the Estate of Trudy L.
