By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Kosciusko Superior Court 3 of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-1705-MF-000040 wherein Federal National Mortgage Association was Plaintiff, and Ronald A. Randels was a Defendant, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 22nd day of May, 2018, at the hour of 10:00 am, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
