By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Kosciusko Superior Court 3 of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-1701-MF-00004 wherein PNC Bank, National Association was Plaintiff, and Mustapha Koukabe was a Defendant, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 27th day of June, 2017, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
All that certain parcel of land situated in the Town of Warsaw, County of Kosciusko, State of Indiana, being known and designated as Lot Numbered 72 in Lake Side Park Addition to the City of Warsaw, in Plat Book 1, Page 29, in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
