By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Kosciusko Superior Court 3 of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-1904-MF-000039 wherein Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC was Plaintiff, and Guss Jay Denna, Angela Denna and Americredit were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 24th day of September, 2019 at the hour of a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
A Tract of land in the Northeast Quarter of Section 22, Township 31 North, Range 6 East, more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Beginning on the East line of said Section 22, Township and Range aforesaid; in the center of a public road at a point 924.3 feet South of the Northeast corner of said section; running thence south 208.7 feet along the center line of said road; thence West 208.7 feet to a stake; thence North 208.7 feet to a stake; thence East 208.7 feet to the place of beginning, containing 1 acre, more or less.
