By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Kosciusko Superior Court 3 of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-1705-MF-000038 wherein U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF10 Master Participation Trust was Plaintiff, and David C. Ellis, Ruth Elaine Ellis, Springcastle Finance Funding Trust, through itsTrustee Wilmington Trust, National Association and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 28th day of August, 2018, at the hour of 10:00 am, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
