NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D04-2205-MF-000036 wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation was Plaintiff, and The Unknown Heirs at Law of James D. Rautenkranz, Deceased, was Defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public online sale to the highest bidder, on the 24th day of January, 2023, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 27, Township 31 North, Range 5 East, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Commencing at a P.K. nail found marking the Southeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 27; thence North 00 degrees 00 minutes East (deed bearing), on and along the East line of said Northeast Quarter, a distance of 732.5 feet to a P.K. nail set at the true point of beginning; thence continuing North 00 degrees 00 minutes East on and along said East line being within the right-of-way of County Road 600 West, a distance of 200.0 feet to a P.K. nail found; thence North 89 degrees 08 minutes 30 seconds West, a distance of 300.0 feet to a point situated 0.3 feet East of a rail post found; thence South 00 degrees 00 minutes West, a distance of 200.0 feet; thence South 89 degrees 08 minutes 30 seconds East, a distance of 300.0 feet to the true point of beginning.
