By virtue of certified copy of a decree dated November 29, 2016 directed to me from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43C01-1603-PL-000032 wherein RDM Properties, LLC is the Plaintiff and Pier 81 Investments, LLC and T. Tad Bohlsen are the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 27th day of February, 2018 at 10:00 am of said day, at the Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department, 121 W. Main Street, Warsaw, Indiana, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko
County, Indiana, commonly known as 11467 N. Ogden Point Road, Syracuse, Indiana 46567, the legal description of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A.

Lot Numbered 20 in the Original Plat of Ogden Island as laid out by William Moore, August 30, 1889, recorded in New Plat Book Number 2, at page 195, of the Records of said County, and as the same is shown on the plat of Crow's Addition to Ogden Island, as platted by William N. Crow and Rosella Crow, January 29, 1906, recorded in New Plat Book Number 2, at page 196 of the Records of said County, and as the same is shown on the Revised Plat of Crow's Addition to Ogden Island, as platted by William N.
