By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43C01-1802-MF-000032 wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee, in trust for registered holders of First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-FF18 was Plaintiff, and The Unknown Heirs at Law of Gail Benson-Sauers, Deceased, was Defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 25th day of September, 2018, at the hour of 10:00 am or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 W.
