By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Kosciusko Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43C01-1802-MF-000028 wherein PennyMac Loan Services, LLC was Plaintiff, and Anthony Bartel and Community Federal Credit Union were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 25th day of September, 2018, at the hour of 10:00 am, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
