By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Kosciusko Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43C01-1802-MF-000024 wherein Federal National Mortgage Association was Plaintiff, and Larry D. Lindstrom was a Defendant, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 24th day of July, 2018, at the hour of 10:00 am, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Commencing at a point marked by an iron pipe in the North line of the East and West public highway, which point is Forty (40) feet North and Sixty-five and 5/10 (65.5) feet West of the Northeast corner of Lot Number One (1) in Kuhn's Plat at Barbee Lakes in Section Twenty-eight (28), Township Thirty-three (33) North, Range Seven (7) East, and running thence North One Hundred Twenty (120) feet to an iron pipe; Thence North Thirty-six (36) degrees, Fifty-seven (57) minutes West, Fifty-eight and 8/10 (58.8) feet to an iron pipe; Thence South Six (6) degrees Twenty-three (23) minutes West, One Hundred Sixty-seven and 4/10 (167.4) feet to an iron pipe; Thence East Fifty-five (55) feet to the place of beginning, containing Sixteen Hundredths (0.16) acre, more or less, the last course coinciding with the North line of the public highway as said place.
