Carnes; Beneficial Financial I, Inc., Successor by Merger to Beneficial Indiana Inc. D/B/A Beneficial Mortgage Co.; Warsaw Health System LLC, D/B/A Kosciusko Community Hospital; State of Indiana; were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 22nd day of August, 2017, at the hour of 10:00 am or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 W. Main St., Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
