By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Kosciusko Superior Court 3 of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-1602-MF-000021 wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee, on behalf of the holders of the Home Equity Asset Trust 2005-7 Home Equity Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-7 was Plaintiff, and Richard L. Walls, Janet A. Walls, Pike Lake Pointe Apts, Fort Wayne Neurology and Snow & Sauerteig, LLP assignee of Warsaw Health System LL dba Kosciusko Community Hospital & Summit Radiology PC were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 23rd day of January, 2018, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
A tract of land in the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 25, Township 32 North, Range 5 East and better described as follows, to-wit:Commencing at the Southeast corner of the Southwest Quarter of said Southeast Quarter; thence West 492.5 feet to the centerline of a 50 foot road; thence North 8 degrees 47 minutes West 177.08 feet on said centerline to a point of intersection with the centerline of a 50 foot road running East and West; thence North 25 feet; thence West 25 feet for a true place of beginning; thence West 150 feet; thence North 125 feet; thence East 150 feet; thence South 125 feet to the point of beginning.The above described tract is to be known as Lot Number 18 in the future proposed plat of North Woodland.
