By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43C01-1902-MF-000018 wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Mr. Cooper was Plaintiff, and Travis Vanover, AKA Travis L. Vanover, The United States of America, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Summit Account & Computer Services and State of Indiana, Collection Division were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 24th day of September, 2019, at the hour of 10:00 am or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Sheriff's Office at 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Lots Numbered Nineteen (19) and Twenty (20) in Freeman Orchard Addition, according to the recorded Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, page 33, in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
