By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-1703-MF-000018 wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. was Plaintiff, and Andrew T. Slone; were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 23rd day of January, 2018, at the hour of 10:00 am or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 W. Main St., Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.

Commencing at a rail post found at the Southwest corner of said Southeast Quarter; thence North 00 degrees 54 minutes 40 seconds West (deed bearing), on and along the West line of said Southeast Quarter, a distance of 1929.2 feet to a P.K. nail at the point of intersection with the centerline of Armstrong Road; thence South 58 degrees 48 minutes 30 seconds East, on and along said centerline, a distance of 471.2 feet to a P.K. nail at the true point of beginning; thence continuing South 58 degrees 48 minutes 30 seconds East, on and along said centerline, a distance of 298.6 feet to a P.K. nail; thence South 07 degrees 31 minutes 45 seconds West, a distance of 257.22 feet to an iron pin; thence North 89 degrees 07 minutes a distance of 255.79 feet to an iron pin; thence North 04 degrees 47 minutes 40 seconds East, a distance of 407.13 feet to the true point of beginning.
