By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-1801-MF-000017, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association was Plaintiff, and Terry J. Howard; and Tabitha S. Howard, were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 22nd day of January, 2019, at the hour of 10:00 am or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.

West on the Section line 307 feet; thence South 142 feet; thence East 307 feet; thence North 142 feet to the place of beginning.
