NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-2002-MF-000015 wherein 1st Source Bank was Plaintiff, and Shirley I. Tobias A/K/A Shirley I. Taylor A/K/A Shirley Tobias; Robert L. Tobias A/K/A Robert R. Tobias; Indiana Housing & Community Development Authority; State of Indiana; Equable Ascent Financial, LLC; Capital One Bank (USA), NA; Communitywide Federal Credit Union; Midland Funding, LLC; 1st Source Bank; Stone Creek Financial, Inc.; were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 28 day of September, 2021, at the hour of 10:00 AM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Lots Numbered Eighteen (18) and Twenty-one (21) in Heron Bay First Addition, as recorded in Plat Book 5, page 167 in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
