Lawrence; Bank of America, N.A., Successor by Merger to Nationsbanc Mortgage Corporation; Warsaw Health System LLC, D/B/A Kosciusko Community Hospital; were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 23rd day of July, 2019, at the hour of 10:00 am or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 W. Main St., Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
