Miller a/k/a Thomas Miller, Arnetta K. Miller a/k/a Arnetta Miller, United States of America Department of Housing and Urban Development and Snow & Sauerteig, LLP were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 27th day of February, 2018, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Lot Numbered Nineteen (19) in the Plat of North Winds, located in Plain Township, Kosciusko County, and recorded in Plat Book 10, page 43, in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
