By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Kosciusko Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43C01-1701-MF-000010 wherein LoanDepot.com, LLC was Plaintiff, and Kenneth W. Jones was a Defendant, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 22nd day of August, 2017 at the hour of 10:00 am, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
TRACT I: A tract of land in the Southwest Quarter of Section 7, Township 32 North, Range 6 East, in Kosciusko County, Indiana, more accurately described as follows: Beginning at a point 311 feet (309.30 feet) North (North 00 degrees 31 minutes west) of the South Quarter Post of said Section 7 on the North and South open line; thence South 61 degrees 18 minutes West 125 feet to a point; thence North 24 degrees 09 minutes West (North 25 degrees 41 1/2 minutes west) 218 feet to a point on the centerline of Indiana State Road 25; thence North 61 degrees 18 minutes East 125 feet along said centerline to a point; thence South 24 degrees 9 minutes East (South 25 degrees 41 1/2 minutes east) 218 feet to the Place of Beginning, containing 0.6243 of an acre. TRACT II: A tract of land in the West one-half of Section 7, Township 32 North, Range 6 East, beginning 34 1/2 rods (554.60 feet) North of the Southeast corner of the Southwest Quarter of said Section and running thence on the center line of a road South 61 degrees 18 minutes West 101.7 feet; thence South 22 degrees 42 minutes East (South 25 degrees 41 1/2 minutes east) 218 feet to a post; thence North (North 01 degree 14 minutes west) on a fence line 248 feet (245.30 feet) to the Place of Beginning; and containing 0.2541 of an acre.
