By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-1901-MF-000010 wherein Wells Fargo USA Holdings, Inc. was Plaintiff, and Neil O. Heddleston, AKA Neil Heddleston; were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 28th day of January, 2020, at the hour of 10:00 AM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 W. Main St., Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Lots Numbered 341, 341B, 342 and 342B, Section I as shown on the recorded plat of Enchanted Hills, lying in the Northwest Quarter of Section 13, Township 34 North, Range 7 East, Turkey Creek Township as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 120 in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
