NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-1907-MF-000082, wherein First Federal Savings Bank was Plaintiff, and Todd Skeans and All Heirs and Claimants Known and Unknown of Todd Skeans, were the Defendant(s), requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 28th day of January, 2020, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, at Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana:
Parcel 1: Lot Number Five (5) in William Person’s Second West Side Addition located in part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 31, Township 33 North, Range 5 East, in Kosciusko County, Indiana, as recorded in Plat Book 6, page 62, in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Parcel II: Rights and Benefits of an Easement Grant dated September 14, 1971 and recorded September 16, 1971 in Deed Record 237, page 155, in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Parcel III: Rights and Benefits of an Easement as shown on the recorded Plat of William Person’s West Side Addition on Hoffman Lake recorded May 18, 1959 in Plat Book 5, page 54, in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Parcel IV: Rights and Benefits of ingress and egress to and from Hoffman Lake as noted on the recorded Plat of William Person’s Second West Side Addition; said Plat being recorded in Plat Book 6, page 62, in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
