By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Kosciusko Superioir Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-1404-CC-000229 wherein World Business Lenders, LLC was Plaintiff, and Craig Ducey and Tara Collins-Ducey, were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 26th day of March, 2019 at the hour of 10:00 am, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
