    By virtue of certified copy of a decree directed to me from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-2209-MF-000066 wherein Integrity Solutions Realty, LLC was the Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Beneficiaries of Mary Ann Stage a/k/a Mary Stage and Their Unknown Creditors; the Unknown Executor, Administrator, or Personal Representative of the Estate of Mary Ann Stage a/k/a Mary Stage; and Renny R. Stage, Jr., as possible Heir to the Estate of Mary Ann Stage a/k/a Mary Stage were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the  24th day of October 2023, at I0:00 a.m. of said day, or as soon thereafter via www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko, Indiana, to wit:
