NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Kosciusko Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No.: 43D04-2301-MF-000002, wherein Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC, was Plaintiff, and Walter W. Utter, was/were Defendant(s), requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 26th day of September, 2023, at the hour of 10am or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeuszuction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.

    Lot Number Four (4) in Rolling Ridge Third Addition, as shown in Plat Book 7, Page 126, in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana. 

    Also, a non-exclusive easement for access to Kuhn Lake, over and across the following described real estate, to-wit:

    A tract of land located in the State of Indiana, County of Kosciusko, Township of Tippecanoe, being portion of Section 26, Township 33 North, Range 7 East, and more fully described as follows, to-wit: Commencing at the Southeast corner of Lot Number 47 as shown in Rolling Ridge First Addition and being the point of beginning; thence East 50.0 Feet to a point; thence South 47.0 Feet, more or less, to the centerline of a ditch; thence following said centerline Southwesterly and Northwesterly 200 Feet, more or less, to the waters of Kuhn Lake; thence North along the low water line of said Kuhn Lake 15.0 Feet, more or less, to the Southwest comer of said Lot Number 47; thence East along the South line of said Lot 47, 145.0 Feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
