NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE

    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No.  43D03-2207-MF-000051 wherein MidFirst Bank was Plaintiff, and Dedra L. Patrick, Morris Patrick, United States of America through its Department of Housing & Urban Development and Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public online sale to the highest bidder, on the 28th day of November, 2023, at the hour of 10:00 A.M. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana. 

    The Easterly One-half (1/2) of Lots numbered Forty (40) and Forty-one (41) in the original Plat of the Town of Sidney.
