NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Kosciusko Superior Court 3 of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-2304-MF-000038 wherein Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC was Plaintiff, and Michael Mathew Lopez, Mariner Finance LLC and Dells Property Owners Association, Inc. were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 24th day of January, 2024, at the hour of 10 am, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Lot Numbered 80 in the plat of The North Dells Phase I, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 9, page 57, in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.

Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
