NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE

    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D04-2008-PL-76 wherein Carter Lumber, Inc. was Plaintiff, and Darrell D. Brinegar a/k/a Doug Brinegar, Crossroads Bank, Interra Credit Union, State of Indiana, Town of Webster, and Kuert Concrete, Inc., were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public online sale to the highest bidder, on the 28th day of November, 2023, at the hour of 10 am with a closing time of 11 am or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
