NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Kosciusko Superior Court 4 of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D04-2304-MF-000041 wherein J.P. Morgan Mortgage Acquisition Corp. was Plaintiff, and James D. Crews, SAC Finance, Inc. and CommunityWide Federal Credit Union were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 23 day of January, 2024 at the hour of 10 am, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Lots Numbered 98 and 99 in the Plat of Courtland Park, less and excepting therefrom Thirty (30) feet of Equal Width off of the entire North Side of Lot Number 99 in the Plat of Courtland Park.
Also, Lot Number 7 in the Second Addition to Courtland Park.
