NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE

    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-2304-MF-000035, wherein The Huntington National Bank was Plaintiff, and Ashleigh N. Cline, AKA Ashleigh Nichole Cline was the Defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and cost, I will expose at public online sale to the highest bidder on the 24th day of October, 2023, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., with a closing time of 11:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.

    Lot Numbered 11 in the amended plat of Meadow View Addition, as recorded in plat book 6, Page 67, in the Recorder's Office of Kosciusko County, Indiana.

    Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
