By virtue of a certified copy of a decree directed to me from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D04-2306-MF-000050, wherein Lake City Bank was Plaintiff, and Unknown Heirs of Linda S. Caudill, Deceased, were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on the 23 day of January, 2024, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana:
Lot Number Six (6) in Wooster Heights according to the recorded plat thereof, recorded in Plat Record 9, Page 58, in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.

Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
Subject to all liens, encumbrances and easements of record not otherwise extinguished in the proceedings known as Cause No. 43D04-2306-MF-000050 in the Superior Court of the County of Kosciusko, Indiana.
