She was born Sept. 24, 1940, to Jack and Myrtle Howard Warrix.
Surviving are a brother; and two sisters, including Jackelene Shepherd, Silver Lake. She was preceded in death by three sisters.
Services were March 20 at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Ky., with Bethel Bolen officiating. Burial was in Warrix Cemetery, Salt Lick, Hueysville, Ky.
