Sharon L. Jefferson, 78, Warsaw, passed away at 5 p.m. Oct. 31, 2013, at her residence. She was born June 27, 1935, in Warsaw, to Charley E. and Helen Betser Taylor. On Dec. 31, 1954, in Warsaw, she married Charles Jefferson, who died July 3, 1978. She was a lifetime Warsaw resident and a homemaker. She enjoyed playing Bingo and going to garage sales, and she loved her children and grandchildren. Surviving are her daughter, Lesa Jefferson, Warsaw; a son, Steven (and spouse Kristy) Jefferson, Warsaw; a sister, Patsy (and spouse Bob) Hamilton, Warsaw; a brother, John Taylor, Warsaw; five grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Also preceding her were her parents and a brother, Phillip Taylor, Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Hillcrest Cemetery, Pierceton. ***** Memorials to a charity of choice or simple acts of kindness may be done for others.
