FORT WAYNE – Shane M. Wentz, 35, passed away Jan. 17, 2015 at IU Health Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis. He was born Nov. 27, 1979, in Warsaw. He was a member of Beacon Heights Church of the Brethren and Easter Seals ARC. He enjoyed spending time watching movies and bowling. Surviving are his special friend, Julieanne Eikost; his father, Larry (and spouse Judie) Wentz, Warsaw; his mother, Paula (and spouse Michael) Crill, Fort Wayne; two brothers: Ryan (and spouse Regina) Wentz, Hermitage, Tenn., and Eric Wentz, Warsaw; two stepsisters: Melissa (and spouse Derek) Crill, and Jennifer Crill (and spouse Jevon) Johnson, both of Fort Wayne; two stepbrothers: Jonathan (and spouse Jess) Crill, Grabill, and Austin (and spouse Tiffany) Francalancia, Los Angeles, Calif.; a niece, Amelia Wentz; and two nephews: Jacari Johnson and Andrew Wentz. Services will be at 6:30 p.m. Friday at Beacon Heights Church of Brethren, 2810 Beacon St., Fort Wayne. Calling is 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Friday at the church.
