Editor, Times-Union: I would like to set the record straight about erroneous information circulating. For a fact: Although Jennifer Arnold writes repeatedly, she is not a registered voter and does not appear to be a land owner in Kosciusko County, if in fact she is a real person, and this is not a made-up name. Secondly, although accused of no high school education, Curt Nisly is a high school graduate, having been graduated one year early, at the age of 16 in 1989 from Woodlawn Christian School. Lynn S.
