You are notified that you have been sued in the Court above named by Jerry Ferguson as plaintiff. The nature of the suit is a Complaint to Quiet Title to the following real estate located in Kosciusko County, Indiana:
Parcel A:
A tract of land being a part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 33, Township 33 North, Range 6 East, 2nd P.M., Plain Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana containing 0.40 acres more or less, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 33; thence North 01°45’ West, 475.12 feet to a bronze pin found in a concrete monument; thence along the Northerly right-of-way of U.S. Highway 30 and along a curve to the left 144.87 feed, said curve subtended by a chord 144.87 feet long on a bearing of South 64°43’07” East, to a 3/4 inch iron pipe; thence continuing along the Northerly right-of-way of said highway, North 76°27’56” East 100.76 feet to a 3/4 iron pipe; thence North 01°51’48” West, 384.90 feet to a 1/2 inch iron bar; thence North 88°02’58” East 175.74 feet to a 1/2 inch iron bar on the West line of a public road; thence South 01°49’06” East, along said West line, 100.25 feet to a 3/4 inch iron pipe; thence South 88°10’56”West, 176.31 feet to the point of beginning.
Parcel B:
A tract of land being a part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 33, Township 33 North, Range 6 East, 2nd P.M., Plain Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana containing 0.69 acres more or less, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 33; thence North 01°45’ West. 475.12 feet to a bronze pin in the concrete monument; thence along a curve to the left, 144.87 feet, said curve being subtended by a long chord 144.87 feet long a bearing of South 64°43’07” East, said curve being the North right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 30, to a 3/4 inch iron pipe; thence continuing along said Northerly right-of-way line, North 76°27’56” East, 100.76 feet to a 3/4 inch iron pipe; thence North 01°51’48” West, 384.90 feet to a 1/2 inch iron bar and the point of beginning; thence North 01°51’48 West, 250.91 feet to a 1/2 iron bar on the South right-of-way of a public road; thence South 83°42’00” East, 126.29 feet to a 3/4 inch iron pipe; thence South 01°29’31” East 233.08 feet; thence South 88°10’56” West,
123.50 feet to the point of beginning.

This summons by publication is directed to the following defendants: THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES AND LEGATEES OF FRED CAREY, THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES AND LEGATEES OF ESTHER CAREY, and ANY OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE REAL ESTATE DESCRIBED HEREIN, whose whereabouts are unknown.
You must respond not later than thirty (30) days following the last date of publication of this notice. If you fail to do so, judgment by default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
