A Warsaw man was arrested Monday on allegations he exposed himself to a 15-year-old girl as she walked by his home.
Keith Allen Robbins, 38, of 733 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, was booked into Kosciusko County Jail on two counts of felony public indecency, after Warsaw police fielded a report Aug. 17 claiming he flashed his genitals to a passing teen.
According to police, a 15-year-old girl said that as she was passing by Robbins’ East Fort Wayne Street home, Robbins called out to her from the front of his home. The girl told police that she looked to see Robbins exposing his genitals to her, police said.
A warrant for Robbins’ arrest was issued, then subsequently served on Monday at his place of employment.
Robbins is being held on a $2,000 bond.
Robbins has four past convictions for public indecency and one voyeurism conviction on his record. Those convictions lifted this most-recent charge to felony status.
