The Atwood Lions Club presented two scholarships, each valued at $1,000, to two graduating seniors of Warsaw Community High School. Each recipient is affiliated with the Atwood Club, one as a member, the other through the membership of his dad. Jacob Semonis has been attending club meetings for the last two years with his dad, Joe Irwin, and as soon as he turned 18 he joined the club to be the youngest member of the Atwood Lions. He has been helping with fish fries since he was in seventh grade as part of his community work for his National Honor Society. Jacob is shown with his parents, Amy and Joe Irwin.
