The Constitution Institute will have a seminar at Ramada Plaza, Warsaw, Thursday beginning at 7 p.m. and will consist of a discussion of the federal legislature - The Congress.
The seminar is one of a seven-part series which instructs attendees on practical application of Constitutional principles, led by former six-term Congressman and President of the Constitution Institute John Hostettler. Cost for the seminar is $30 per person.
