Abby Harris-Correll visited Mrs. Ball’s fourth-grade class at Pierceton Elementary School Feb. 11. She did a lesson with the students about the use of secret codes during World War II. Many codes were used by Resistance members to help Jewish citizens escape or hide from the perils of the Holocaust.
