A second man was arrested in connection with a Jan. 21 robbery in Milford.
Arnol Joel Ortiz, 22, of 312 E. Syracuse St., Milford, was booked into the Kosciusko County Jail at 2:39 a.m. today after being served with a warrant at his residence. He is charged with robbery causing injury, and bond is set at $20,000.
Armando Javier Garza, 21, of Syracuse, was arrested March 10.
No other arrests are expected in this case, police said.
Ortiz and Garza are accused of robbing Edward Hart of Milford while he walked in the 100 block of James Street in Milford the morning of Jan. 21.
Hart was reportedly struck in the head and robbed of his wallet during the incident.
