Scouts Earn Advancements

During the Court of Honor held June 3, three Eagle Scouts from Troop 730 earned Bronze Palms. Earning Palms were Sheldon Coffelt, Russell Pfahl and Ian Stiles.Randall Pfahl and Logan Green earned the rank of Second Class and Jack Donahue earned the rank of Scout. Ian Stiles earned his cooking merit badge and Ajay Panicker earned his truck transportation merit badge. Preston Brandon, Caleb Rivich and Hunter Rhoades were recognized for earning First Aid and CPR certifications with the American Red Cross in April.

Troop 730 is charted by the First United Methodist Church in Warsaw and meets at 7 p.m. Tuesdays at Kelly Park in Warsaw. All boys who are 11 or have completed the fifth grade are welcome to join the Troop. Troop 730 has several exciting trips planned for the summer, including a trip to Washington, D.C., a canoeing trip to Turkey Run State Park and Summer Camp at Camp Chief Little Turtle in Pleasant Lake.
