During Science Central night recently at Sacred Heart School, Patti Faroh explains the function and structure of DNA by using colored marshmallows, toothpicks and licorice to create a sample DNA double helix. Students constructing DNA samples are Elizabeth Stone, Kendra Love, Rachel Sands, Jordan Love and John Noblitt.
