Schrader Recognized For Excellence In Auction Marketing

COLUMBIA CITY - Auctioneers from throughout Indiana converged at the Swan Lake Resort in Plymouth, Indiana Nov. 5-8 for the 2009 Indiana Auctioneers Association Yearly Convention.
The goal of the convention was to strengthen knowledge and promote higher standards in the auction profession.
As part of the convention, an awards luncheon was held to honor winners of the 2009 Auction Marketing Competition. Auctioneers throughout the state were recognized for their innovation and expertise in marketing their properties. All entries were judged by a panel of experienced graphic design, printing and publication specialists. Judging criteria included creativity, innovation and marketing impact.
Winners were named in more than 25 categories including brochure design, Web site design, photography, and best of show. Out of all the entries submitted, Schrader won the most awards of any auction company.
Gary Bailey, auctioneer, Leesburg, won first place for Full Color Personal Property Brochure Design. Overall, Schrader took home eight marketing awards including: Full Color Real Estate, Full Color Personal Property, Photography, Audio & Visual Media, Black & White Real Estate, and Best of Show.
