Recently, I received an e-mail supposedly from Microsoft with an e-mail address of msn@msn.com It stated that I had just won one million British pounds in the Microsoft United Kingdom 2009 Sweep Stakes promotion. It was signed Microsoft, also.
They didn't ask for money, rather that I should contact a certain party. Being naturally skeptical, I contacted Microsoft who stated it was a hoax and should be deleted. Remember, if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is.
