A Leesburg man was killed early Saturday morning on CR 450N, five miles southwest of North Webster. Matthew R. Graves, 23, of CR 450N, Leesburg, was pronounced dead at the scene from head and chest injuries. According to Indiana State Police reports, Graves was westbound when, for an unknown reason, he ran off the right side of the roadway and struck a vehicle parked in a private driveway. The police report noted that Graves was not wearing a seatbelt, which may have prevented the fatality. Photo by Gary Nieter, Times-Union
