NORTH MANCHESTER – Sandra Sue Harper, 72, South Whitley, died at 2:40 a.m. Aug. 13, 2015, in her residence. She was born Jan. 27, 1942, in Fort Wayne, to Richard and Dorothy Brecht Freeman. On April 15, 1961, she married Charles Douglas Harper, who survives. Services will be at 4 p.m. Monday at Congregational Christian Church, 310 N. Walnut St., North Manchester, with Pastor J.P.
