Sandra Snyder, 66, of Fort Wayne, died at 5:32 p.m. Dec. 29, 2007, in Bethlehem Woods Nursing Home and Rehab Center, Fort Wayne.
She was born March 3, 1941, in Warsaw, to Leon and Irene Smith Smythe.
A lifetime Warsaw resident, she was a homemaker and worked as a waitress and in the kitchen. She was a member of Church of God, Warsaw, and worked with the American Red Cross.
Surviving are three daughters: Melody Luecke, Warsaw; Melissa Helman, Winona Lake; and Marty Shafer, Peru; a son, Mark Snyder, Kokomo; a brother, Jack Smythe, Warsaw; a sister, Susie Riffe, Leesburg; and five grandchildren, Malinda and Chelsie Helman, Amber and Kathryn Shafer and Katerina Snyder.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, with Pastor Jack Worth officiating. Burial will be in Palestine Cemetery.
Calling is one hour prior to the service Saturday at the funeral home.
