For those residents looking for sandbags, they have sand and bags available outside the fence at the Kosciusko County Highway Garage northeast of Warsaw on Old Road 30. Starting today the city will also have sand and bags available at the south end of the North Webster Community Center. People will need to bring their own shovel and manpower to fill and transport the sandbags.
